Kadee was extremely helpful in our home buying process. My girlfriend and I relocated from Colorado. She was able to tour us around the Spokane, Coeur d’Alene area for a couple days until we found an area we really liked. Kadee was able to take detailed videos of the homes, and discuss via FaceTime the pros and cons of the homes. Kadee really stepped up from the gitgo. As she showed us houses, and came to understand our preferences she narrowed down the selection to show us what we wanted and needed. Didn't waste our time showing us places we would not have considered or taken. When we found the house she worked with us and the sellers to negotiate a very fair price and contracted with the skilled tradesmen to give us a very accurate picture of what needed to be done. When difficulties cropped up with the lenders, she was on top of it and provided guidance to us on how to resolve these issues. Finally, she left us a list of tradesmen that we can trust to help us in further projects to make the house our home.
